DOJ Settles with Health System Over ADA Violation
The Department of Justice and
the Henry Ford Health System have settled after a complaint was made against Henry Ford Heath System that their in-patient psychiatric facilities did not provide adequate services for the deaf or hard of hearing.
A review of the facilities confirmed the complaint, and Henry Ford Health System is now working to improve these services.
