Small Bathroom Remodel Brings Big 'Aging in Place' Benefits to Portland Home
Hammer and Hand is a remodeling contractor in Portland proving that limited space cannot be used as an excuse for not using Universal Design. At the request of a homeowner whose goal is to age in place, they were able to create a universally designed bathroom with a nine square feet project. The homeowner has a strong desire to stay in her current home and designed the remodel herself to fit her needs.
