The Ball House Project - Universal Design
The Ball House Project by Frangeli Con
sulting and Remodeling is a garage addition that allows for accessible entry into an existing home as well as access to all levels.
The original garage was torn down and the new garage was built to allow for an accessible van entry and operation. In addition to the extra space for the van, a residential elevator was included that served every level of the 3 storey home. Without affecting the building's interior, the Ball House Project was able to drastically improve accessibility.
