2008 Fit House
The 2008 winner of Cooking Light's annual Fit House competition is chock-full of beautiful Universal Design features. The house, located near Portland, Oregon, boasts refrigerator drawers, multi-height counter tops, curbless showers and sliding cabinets that can accommodate knee space for wheelchair users, as well as many other universal design and green design features.
