Touch and Go - Interactive Digital Signage Helps Guests find their Way

The use of touch-screen directional and informational signage in hotels has become an important Universal Design feature. Some of the positive outcomes include quicker guest assistance, reduced staffing, increased revenue from guests who are informed of hotel offers of spas, restaurants, and bars.

Chicago Hilton O’Hare International Airport has now started to use touch-screen technology that  includes flight information, also a popular feature with guests.
