Settlement between the USA and The American Hospitality Inn
This Agreement resolves an investigation of the American Hospitality Inn conducted by the United State’s Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon (U.S. Attorney’s Office) under title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). The United States initiated this investigation after receiving a complaint from a citizen (Complainant) on February 23, 2009, alleging that the American Hospitality Inn discriminated against people with disabilities by denying equal access to its hotel for people who are blind.
