Submission Guidelines

You must be a registered user and login before contributing content.

General

File names— no special characters or spaces in file name

Preferred method of posting articles — HTML text with accompanying images and source links.

Images

• Acceptable file formats are JPG, GIF or PNG files
• 72DPI ad actual size
• RGB
• If file size is over 10MB, please contact us for assistance.
• To submit multiple photos, please place them in a .zip folder before uploading.
• Photos may not contain nudity, violent or offensive images, or copyrighted material. UniversalDesign.com reserves the right to remove any photos in violation of this policy.

Video

• Video's should be hosted by a hosting site such as YouTube, Vimeo, or your own server. UniversalDesign.com will embed the video link from the outside server on this site.

PPT and Word

• Convert all  PowerPoint, Word and Exel files to PDFs for posting. The only exception is if the file you are providing is intended to be shared in the native format (i.e. excel file with formulas).
• To submit multiple files, please place them in a .zip folder before uploading.

PDFs

• Should be tagged if possible.
• To submit multiple files, please place them in a .zip folder before uploading.

• When possible, post original copy on UniversalDesign.com. ALWAYS add the source of your post to the article.
